VACATION LEAVE: available to all full-time employees (defined as an employee who works 35 hours week) under the following schedule, on the employee's fringe benefits seniority date:
PAID HOLIDAYS: All full time employees receive holiday pay following completion of their ninety (90) day orientation period for the following holidays:
PAID SICK LEAVE: Quik Shoppe is concerned with employee health and welfare, particularly when illness occurs and an employee is unable to work. Sick days are established primarily to be used for personal illness. Full time employees are eligible to receive twenty (20) hours of sick leave after completing six (6) months of employment service. There will be twenty (20) hours of sick leave for each six (6) months of employment service completed. All paid sick leave requires a doctors written excuse for not working. Proper notification is required to be eligible for sick leave pay.
